Useless app. After changing your password and when you login again it says that my password is incorrect. We have to go through the whole process starting from Forget Password, Receive in email, Change Password. Even during emergency we couldn't log in and we have to go through a long process. It happened to all of my colleagues. When I called up IT Desk they mentioned that you are the first case. But I went through the reviews and almost everyone has the same issue. Better do something to cope with the current market. It's just a app which can be done within 4K. Please get it done.

After the latest app update, when making claim, it becomes very inconvenient as I need to scroll down a few hundreds of selection of clinic name and treatment type. Before, I have the option to type out the word characters in the filter field, now cannot. Also, there is no camera option when attaching supporting documents, only can get from gallery. Very bad update

Bad. Bad. Bad. It is hard to describe how unstable this app is. It won't open because of 'connectivity issues' (despite being connected to my home WiFi) . Often fails to connect to Singpass, so I can't log in when it does connect. It crashes when I start to fill out an insurance claim. Making a 5 minute claim has so far taken me over half an hour and I'm still trying.
